Registration: Registration is required. You must also sign the digital waiver.

Parking: Street parking on Bluff Creek Drive in front of the park at 13110 Bluff Creek Dr. Los Angeles 90094, parking signs limit parking to 2 hours (the event will last approximately 1.5 hours).

Ages: Activities are recommended for ages 7 and up, but all ages may participate. Youths 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

What to wear: Close-toed shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and a hat.

What to bring: Binoculars are highly recommended (may be provided, but not guaranteed). We also recommend you bring water, sunscreen, and bug spray. The nearest restroom is located just under a quarter mile west of the park, at the Playa Vista Sports Park.

Please arrive on time: We will begin promptly! The early bird… sees the other birds.

Covid-19 Protocols: We recommend that unvaccinated volunteers wear a mask.

Cancellations: For safety, we must cancel if it’s raining. Please check the weather before arriving. If you’re not sure, please call us or check our social media for cancellation announcements.

Donations: The suggested donation is $5 per person. By donating online or at our events, you can keep helping with cleanup even after you leave! Free tours and community service events are made possible by the efforts and donations of kindhearted people just like you.
