Friends of Ballona Wetlands Hosts Wilson Ornithology Society!

On June 24 and 25, 2025 the Friends of Ballona Wetlands and Loyola Marymount University’s Center for Urban Resilience teamed up to host the Wilson Ornithological Society’s 2025 Annual Meeting attendees for tours of the Ballona Wetlands Ecological Reserve and the Ballona Freshwater Marsh!

Our team had the pleasure of meeting so many amazing ornithologists, talking about birds and learning more about habitats where the participants live! Happy birding!
